how I got here.
I spent six years as a product designer — Figma, user research, pixels. I was good at it. But every project ended the same way: a handoff. Beautifully crafted screens handed to a team of engineers who’d then spend weeks interpreting, rebuilding, and arguing about what I meant.
I hit the wall. Not a creative wall — a structural one. The handoff was the problem. The gap between design and code is where momentum dies. I decided to close it.
I spent a year learning to build — Next.js, TypeScript, Postgres, deployment pipelines. Then AI arrived and compressed everything. What used to take months, I could now do in weeks. What used to require a team, I could do alone.
niks.design is the result: an AI-native studio of one. I design, build, and ship. No handoffs, no middle layers, no weeks of back-and-forth. Just a clean line from idea to live product — end to end, every time.

Design
Every screen and flow, built in Figma. Two rounds of revisions, then we lock it.
Build
Full-stack code, AI integrated, daily updates so you always know where things stand.
Launch
Live on Vercel and Render. You own the accounts, the code, and everything in between.
Iterate
Two weeks of free post-launch support. After that, the product is yours to run, grow, or hand to a team.
