Stamina HQ is a workout and nutrition coaching product that needed a design system big enough to cover a full coaching journey - from first onboarding question to a daily guided session - in a cohesive dark-mode UI.
What I built
- 100+ screens covering onboarding, goal and diet questionnaires, and settings.
- Personalised workout and meal plans paired with guided sessions and activity tracking.
- A premium unlock and free-trial paywall integrated directly into the user journey.
- The entire system delivered in a full dark-mode design.
